Blind bag My Little Pony: Fiendship is Magic figure (Rarity recolour) base
The figure has a ø2mm magnet inserted in the lower jaw, enabling her to holding onto the ball of yarn (core of wire thread, wrapped in red sewing thread and given a thin coat of super glue to keep the darn thing in one piece)... because every kitten need a ball of yarn to play with!
The neck has been enlongated ever so slightly to give it a more feline apearance.
Everything else is just painted on. The two paws that are not on the ground has been painted with little pink footpads to go with the white paws.

Ears and tail were made from greystuff and upon completion, KF asked if she could get a pink bow... so it got one (made from greystuff) around the tail.
I considered magnetizing it and letting it be attatchable to the ear Hello-Kitty style, but two magnetizations for one pony seemed a bit like overkill.

The pony modifications were crafted during an episode of YOIW over at VtW Productions and it was painted during an episode of Show X on the same station.

The coin on the bottom-right picture is a US penny, put there to give an idea about the size of the critter.

And naturally, the bracelet reads "VtW" to go along with her Fiancé
